Hawthorn Accountancy have been a long standing customer for over fourteen years where we first helped them move premises.  At this time, we installed a Panasonic telephone system which served them extremely well. Fast forward to 2019, this system had reached end of life and with no room for expansion upgrading the system was not possible or financially viable.

Hawthorn decided to take advantage of the new technology in the market place and to join many businesses who have made the transition to ‘making calls over the internet’.

Our Grandstream telephone system provided and installed by us has vastly improved their daily operations.  The system has opened up new features such as Call Recording, Voicemail to Email, Auto Attendant and has greater options for remote working, conferencing and video calling.  Gone are the days of requiring additional costly licenses and hardware for these features.

The Grandstream solution is built upon our business fibre broadband connection and a DrayTek business grade router which provides all the ingredients to run a solid, fast, reliable and safe business operation.

We have worked with Telbridge since 2005 and have always found them to be supportive, informative, helpful and knowledgeable.  

Stuart and Phil’s knowledge of our telephony needs are excellent. When we moved offices, they provided all our PC cabling and Data IT cabinet with exceptional understanding and awareness.
