With branches in Bridgend, Laleston, Maesteg and Caerphilly, South Wales Monuments (SWM) are a leading company in the supply, design and manufacture of commemorative headstones and memorials.
Before our involvement, each of these branch offices had separate services for telecoms. TelBridge designed and implemented a solution which immediately increased productivity by allowing calls for each of the branches to be answered across all offices. This has led to further improved customer service levels as customers will always be able to speak to a SWM employee.
Using Voice Over IP telephony (VoIP), we were able to ensure that telephone calls from customers would not be missed – even if made ‘out of hours’ as any message left are delivered via email (as a .wav attachment) to a dedicated SWM account.
The solution means that not only are calls not missed, but additional features such as Call Recording and Call Statistics allow SWM to provide further enhanced customer service.
